he went a little far, but nothing that demanded the apology he was forced to give. so his temper flared and he said black person a few times. Black people say that word all the time, and no one cares.
Did the guy who called Michael a Cracker-ass have to give a public apology?
It was a cheap shot at a couple of drunks in a crowd. If they were jews he woulda threatened to knock off their yarmulka, or if they were white, he woulda made a crack about being serial killers on welfare.
The point is, comedians step over TONS of boundry lines, but the media just hung him out to dry on this one

TOTALLY ! TOTALLY ! Uncalled for!! I was really shocked by his words! What made it even worse in my eyes was the fact that he didn't let it go and "snap out of it" when the man responded by saying "that was uncalled for" I mean come on, he just kept going on and on and on. Sick!! He deserved to be call more than a cracker jack ass! The guy just kept trying to respond to him be being reasonable and repeating "that was uncalled for" but Michael just kept taunting him. It was really ugly. And as far as his appology went..what a joke. It was all about His feelings and not the milions of people he hurt with his words.

I would say it was uncalled for as well.heckling is all part of the comedy buisness and imo he should know how to deal with it in a better way.I think he defintly may be a little racist

If you look at some of the other videos on that site you also see that the reason for the whole outburst wasn't even because they were heckling his act. It was a large group of friends that arrived late and he felt like they interrupted his act, becaus the waitresses were taking drink orders and whatnot. Then buddy piped up that he wasn't funny and the Poop hit the fan and he blew out of control.
It's one thing for one colored person to call another that name but for a white man to say it, especially in the context and tone it was said, phew that's something.
I'd say his career is toast and he's lucky if he can walk safely down a street without getting the pulp beat out of him by anyone of any color for the things he said.
